#Kitteh366 days 18 to 22

In my attempts to save money on the weekdays is to limit my spending for lunch and perhaps dinner. Mom cooks a lot because she knows her daughter is a little piglet. I love my mom's cooking. Even if it's weird lol. That red stuff is sweet and sour fish fingers with meatballs. Yes.



I did a little bit of shopping. I think I kinda deserve it after spending so much on my car that it barely left anything for myself to spend. Bought myself a new pair of shorts, 3 pairs of socks, leggings and some underwear. Oh and tried Garrett's popcorn. It's alright. Expensive as fuck though.



Bought myself a $25 iTunes gift card and got myself some stuff off the store. 2 albums and a few loose tracks. Got Hugo's Old Tyme Religion and Cage The Elephant's Thank You Happy Birthday, Awolnation's "Sail" and "Not Your Fault", Drake's "Headline", and Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeroes' "Home".



Our full standing server rack came the other day so we had to move around some furniture in the server room. This shelf was in there so my boss decided to take it out and put it on the sofa for a while. Adam is the only person small enough to crawl under and lay down on the couch. Kinda looks like an open coffin.



This is the top I'm planning to make as soon as my fabric arrives lol.









Saturday good food lunch.



I spent RM61 on candy. Yep.







Boyfriend and I bought the Playstation Move controllers and two games. INTENSE WORKOUT. We produced more sweat in 10 minutes than we had in like, a few months LOL and I spoiled it all by buying a bag of keropok lekor and a Super Big Gulp #fail

#Kitteh366 Days 15, 16 & 17

I went out for shoot with the boyfriend last Sunday and saw these bears outside painted to represent countries of the world. Pretty cute.



And of course, I was incredibly in close proximity to Sephora. I have never went into a Sephora and not come out with a bag of something. Even if it's something dumb like a mesh sponge. This time I bought Soap & Glory's Calm One, Calm All (mistakenly I may add since it's actually bubble bath) and Sephora line's Head to Toe Hydrator. Love the Hydrator. I was using this Vaseline Intensive Care lotion and it smells weird and a bit sticky. This one smells nice and sits well on the skin.



I got a new bag from Hanie Hidayah (http://hanzbr.blogspot.com) so I decided to clean out my old bag to transfer into the new one. I'm getting pretty girly in terms of the content of my bag. The rainbow pouch houses my Uphamol (for those splitting headaches. Nothing else works), Clarinese (for blocked nose), Panadol Menstrual (bad cramps), Strepsils (sore throat), small travel size bareMinerals foundation in medium beige and teeny tiny kabuki brush, Body Shop's Shea Lip Butter and Lip Smacker Coca Cola lip roller. My wallet and my iPad of course and the new addition - Sephora's Hydrator!



Essentials on my desk now: lip butter and a different Lip Smacker, fish oil tablets and the lotion.



I stream 107.7 The End at work. It's a Seattle station and sometimes they tend to repeat the same songs over and over again, they generally have good selection. Play a lot of Black Keys and Foo Fighters.



Had horrible stomach ache all night through so I decided to stay off the coffee for the rest of the day. Been drinking green tea.

#Kitteh366 Days 13 & 14

I don't usually go to concerts and live music shows because I am convinced that I have some form of social anxiety disorder. Hence why I work in post production where I stay in my dark cave all day. But last Friday I went for Foster The People live in KL and had the best time so far this year. The last concert I went was Placebo a couple of years ago. Aside from the amount of hipster kids, girls wearing high heels and dressed like they're going clubbing, it was a pretty awesomesauce show. They definitely sound better live.



I should make this my mantra.



The cat's tail was orange. Not a good thing.






I never wanted a dollhouse when I was a little girl. But that's because the dolls back then were kinda not my thing. But the first time I saw the Sylvanian Families set, I fell in love with them. And it's scary to know that I can actually afford these.






The boyfriend and I haven't been to a movie in a long time. We went to watch Sherlock Holmes 2 today. I love him. He's my heart and soul <3

#Kitteh366 days 9, 10 & 11

I wrote "Jordan is a poop" on my boyfriend's arm because he made fun of my singing.




My dad got me these Skullcandy headphones when he went to Amsterdam. It still works great except for the fact it's aesthetically falling apart.



There was a topic on Twitter called #InsuranceItuPenting (Insurance is Important). My dad got us all life and health insurance when we were younger. I'm planning to takeover the payments in February.



It's pretty dark (most online edit suites are) but this is a RM60,000 piece of machinery used to color grade. It's an amazing and slick tool, I wish we have it in the PJ office. This was at Basecamp VFX earlier today.

#Kitteh366 days 7 & 8

I like drinking diet coke. Well at least I used to until my best friend told me about aspartame. A chemical that in the long run would turn into ethanol in your body. Not the kind that makes you happy and giddy, but the kind that would give you migraines and cause blindness. No wonder my headaches have been increasing. Sticking to normal Coke now.


I have been together with my boyfriend for a year. We've worked in the edit suite together but I have never once gone out on shoot with him. I think it's mainly because we don't have our own cameras. We managed to score two cameras and went out shooting till 2AM. It's because of our careers we got to know each other, and I think this is how it's gonna be for a long long time - bound by our passion.


Our cat got into a fight and scratched his nose. Since then he's been indoors and sleeping. I think he lost the fight. His ego got bruised.


We went out shooting today for Hunny Madu's Out There music video. Mainly pick up shots on top of what we have currently. It's 10PM but I'm fucking exhausted. I shall doze off soon. - Posted using BlogPress from my iPad

The layout of my office is weird. The room I'm sitting in used to be the outside balcony (we're on the first floor. The previous tenants used to live upstairs and work downstairs. They built this extension.


The worst part about working at a desk is that you tend to snack when you work. I'm guilty of this. Cookies are (not) good for you while you work.


I love the nasi lemak in front of TTDI's KFC. I bought two this morning for myself because I was actually a little stressed out. I eat when I'm stressed which is another bad habit. - Posted using BlogPress from my iPad

#Kitteh366 Days 3 & 4

Every morning I make my cafe latte with the office's coffee machine. In this past month we had this coffee machine, I've drank more coffee weekly than I do in my whole life. I'm not a big coffee drinker but because of this machine, I'm starting to. But I think my heart can't really deal with the amount of caffeine I'm pouring into my system daily.

Before the iPad, I had another kind of tablet that I love dearly. In this office, instead of a mouse, we use graphic tablets. I love the large Wacom Intuos 4. Excellent for drawing.



Today I made my first music purchase online. Album of choice: Fitz & The Tantrums. Loving it! And I've also bought Dead Space and this BlogPress app. iTunes gift cards to the rescue! Although I'm out of credit lol. I only have $1 left lol.

Since I've installed this app, I'm looking forward to blogging even more since I can do it on the go. Well at least where there's Internet. But I suppose I can always save it as drafts so I can write when the thought crosses my mind instead of waiting till I get to my computer.

I want to cut like this so bad grrr.

Now onto #Kitteh365 Day 2! And now I realize it's actually #Kitteh366. It's a leap year. Derp.

my niece is eating cut up rambutans. she trolled me by pretending to feed me and then she stuck the piece in her mouth. she's 2.

i had an epiphany today. i think i've crossed over my dead end onto another level. and i definitely feel that this is how i die.
